Jackie Scott & The Housewreckers have local roots that make Hampton Roads home. Coming from varied backgrounds and influences makes for a hot combination of blues and r&b packed with soul when you encounter and fall under the power of Jackie Scott & The Housewreckers.
Jackie has spent the last few years honing her craft as a vocalist and her quest lead her to the steamy windows of Chicago's blues scene. It was in Chicago that Jackie received her baptism into the blues. Musicians and performers, great and small, all freely shared in their wealth of skill, time and talent to help her grow as a blues entertainer. Nellie Travis, Chicago blues woman and westside bluesman and Howlin' Wolf sidekick, Eddie Shaw, played a major part in mentoring her into the blues Chicago style.
Opening for the likes of BB King, Keb Mo, Taj Mahal, Lyle Lovett and many more has definitely been a plus . Touring trips and festivals across the country have all played a part in making Jackie Scott & The Housewreckers the ultimate entertainment machine

Biografie
Chris Conz wurde am 22. Oktober 1985 in Uster Zürich geboren. Seit seinem 11. Lebensjahr hat er sich dem speziellen Jazzstil Boogie Woogie gewidmet, den er durch Hamp Ruosch entdeckt hatte. Chris konnte dann bei Hamp Unterricht nehmen und erlernte da die ersten Läufe und Griffe. Dabei wurde er von Künstlern wie Albert Ammons, Pete Johnson, Mead Lux Lewis, Axel Zwingenberger oder Vince Weber beeinflusst.
Mit 16 Jahren lernte er Silvan Zingg, Organisator des Internationalen Boogie Woogie Festivals Lugano, an einem Konzert kennen. Daraufhin konnte er als Überraschungsgast an dessen Festival teilnehmen. Danach wurde er an internationale Festivals in verschiedenen Ländern eingeladen.
Er stand schon mit Boogie Woogie Grössen wie Axel Zwingenberger, Vince Weber, Frank Muschalle und Bob Seeley auf der Bühne.
Heute ist Chris nicht nur als Solopianist, sondern auch mit seinem Duo und Trio unterwegs. Chris durfte schon an privaten und öffentlichen Konzerten in den USA, Spanien, Frankreich, Deutschland, England, Österreich, Italien und der Schweiz spielen.
Im Februar 2008 wurde Chris in den USA engagiert und durfte als Überraschungsgast in drei verschiedenen Casinos von Las Vegas auftreten.
Im November 2004 verliess Dave Ruosch die Gruppe Terry & The Hot Sox und an seine Stelle trat der 19 Jahre alte Pianist Chris.

Im Juni 2009 begleitete Chris zusammen mit Terry & The Hot Sox die amerikanische Sängerin Wanda Jackson, die durch ihren Hit „Let’s Have A Party“ in den 60ern weltbekannt wurde.
Chris Conz was born on October 22, 1985 in Uster, Zurich.
From the time he was 11 he has dedicated himself to the special jazz style of boogie woogie, which he discovered through Hamp Ruosch. Chris took lessons from Hamp, from whom he learned his first runs and patterns. In the process, he became influenced early on by musicians like Albert Ammons, Pete Johnson, Meade “Lux” Lewis, Axel Zwingenberger, and Vince Weber.
At age 16 he met Silvan Zingg, organizer of the International Boogie Festival, and soon Chris was making appearances as a surprise guest at Silvan’s festivals. After that he was invited to international festivals in different countries, sharing the stage with boogie woogie greats like Axel Zwingenberger, Vince Weber, Frank Muschalle, Bob Seeley.
Today Chris is not only a solo pianist, but on the road with his duo and trio as well. Already, he has been able to play for private and public concerts in the USA, Spain, France, Germany, England, Austria, Italy, United Arabic Emirates and Switzerland. In February 2008 Chris had the opportunity to perform as a surprise guest in three different casinos in Las Vegas.

In August 2011 the Chris Conz Duo was invited to perform in the United Arab Emirates. There they played for ten days at the International Film Festival Abu Dhabi. In the same year, Chris and his trio won the “Kleiner Prix Walo” in the „Best New Talent Band 2011“ category. The Prix Walo is the most important award in Swiss show business, and is regarded as the „Swiss Oscar.“
Since 2011, Chris has also been active as a presenter, organizing an annual International Boogie Nights in Uster, Switzerland.

Veranstaltet wurde das Ganze von der Fa. Klavierbau Lintzen&Stöckmann in in der Schreinerei Schmitz in 53639 Königswinter-Rauschendorf,
zur Stärkung gab es kleine Appetitshäppchen inkl. Bier vom Fass, Danke noch mal an die Veranstalter.
Hier nun mal die Finalrunde wo alle drei mal einzeln und zusammen die Tasten bearbeiten, viel Spass.
